CHA Wrap-UP , L-Z

Hello and good morning..

It's Wendi here again and I'm finishing up my winter CHA review for 2014.
ok, so let's get started and see what else was going on in Anaheim...

MY MINDS EYE:
I've been a huge fan of this company for a looong time.. I swoon over their enamel dots, because they make me happy and look like candy.. LOL.. let alone their amazing lines. They had ALOT of lines this release so it was hard to photo them all.

Chalk Studio- it's all about the Chalk Board:
And some of the Now and Then:

I also loved their fun gold sprayed mason jars in their booth decor:

PRIMA MARKTETING:
What caught my eye for the new Color and Bloom spray misting bottles. Which look like a ton of fun to play with.

Their flowers and embellishments are always gorgeous.

The artwork in their booth was stunning also, check out ALL those layers:

and this cool car:

PINK PAISLEE:
The Hello Sunshine collection was packed with playful and fun colors and very versatile:

And the cute little typewrites from the Pen Pal line caught my attention:

And this display in the booth.... I'd love to see one of those in my craft room:

RANGER:
This company always manages to come out with cool new tools and products each year. The Tim Holtz Distress Marker sprayer was amazing!!! I watched him demo it, and what a cool tool!!! Also the mini Distress Ink pads and mini blending tools are at the top of my list to get.

And what a CHA without seeing Tim Holtz in action... really he is a genius:

SEI:
Not only does scrapbooking, but alot of various crafty items- iron ons, tie dying and they also offer a monthly kit.
The Azalea line was filled with rich colors:
and this colorful wreath would brighten up any room:

SIMPLE STORIES:
One of my newer favorite over the last couple of years. Tons of fun embellishments from the DIY line with lots of happy colors. Their collections also gear towards making Project Life a ton easier.
Their clothes line display was too cool to see everything hanging:

TERESA COLLINS:
Maybe just because I have a little one, but I was a total sucker for the cute You are My Happy line with the little elephants, the glasses, and fun colors:

The Daily Stories embellishments were great for daily scrapbooking of any occasion:

WEBSTERS PAGES:
Maybe because I was a HUGE Hambly fan, that I love the lines with Allison Kreft's collaboration with Websters. Here's the Hello World line:

and Hello World embellies, stamps, paper clip images... and yes.... there's another fox:

The Sprinkled with Love Birds embellishment were a hit with me (I'd love to add one to a necklace chain):

WE R MEMORY KEEPERS:
One thing that was a huge hit at the show, were the punch boards, esp the Flower Punch Boards. I've used their envelope making boards before and loved how easy their were.

Scalloped Washi Tape- how has this not been made sooner?:

gorgeous die cuts:
Enamel Shapes and Dots:

And if that wasn't enough... for all you Survivor fans, Ruppert from Survivor was there doing a make and take with Tie Dying. So I had the privilege of tie-dying a tank top with Ruppert, who by the way, is extremely one of the sweetest, nicest guys ever!!!

So that's my wrap up of CHA.... what cool things have you seen? What's on your wish list? I know mine is super long right now...

Thanks sooo much for stopping by and have a great day......

CHA Round-UP A-L

Hello and good morning..

It's Wendi here and I had the amazing opportunity to go to Winter CHA in Anaheim.. I've been before, but this time I was able to be there for 3 days and had a blast. If you haven't gone before, there is a TON to look at. It's 3-4 full convention sized halls full of crafting and supplies.. it is AMAZING and a bit overwhelming at the same time because there is soooo much to see.

Here is a run down of what I saw and fell in love with while I was there... I'll go in ABC order.

First up AMERICAN CRAFTS...

The DIY shop has some really fun basic embellishments and additives for any project...
Dear Lizzy collection: adorable embellies, the stamp set was too cute, and check out the wooden heart "paper"- how fun would that be to add misting, cut apart or make a home decor project with.

BELLA BLVD:
I swooned over the new Molly and Max collection since it's aimed towards tweens- not too baby for kid photos, but not too grown up for teenager photos. Both collections have fun patterns.
check out the pink camo paper:

The embellishments were also very playful and fun- I can't wait to get my fingers on them:

BASIC GREY:
I was really drawn to the fun, bright colors of the Spice Market collection, perfect for spring and summer photos.

and these cool metal embellishments and these fun shapes:

Next up... CHICKANIDDY CRAFTS:
A new company that is in the scrapbook industry with two new collections. The enamel hearts from each lines are so delicious.

They also have gold and silver specialty papers that can be run through any die cut machine or embosser.

COSMO CRICKET:
Has some of the cutest little wood charms out there:

And some really cute organizational containers for holding scrappy goodies or anything else. The containers either come with vintage knobs or opened spaces:

CRATE:
Always has such sweet collections and great embellishments that coordinate, I'm a huge fan of their chipboard pieces.

How cute are these little bow embellies? I might even use them and attach them to my little girl's hair clips.

DCWV:
Always has great displays in their booth. Check out this layers HUGE scrapbook layout.
As always, they have TONS of new Mat Stacks coming out, in almost every theme, color scheme, textures, or holiday line you can think of.

ECHO PARK:
Always have great collections packs, along with some of their mini lines that are coming out. Did you know that Echo Park releases a new collection every month?? That is so cool, and always gives me something new to look forward to.

This soccer line really has me excited to scrap the kids soccer photos this year:

And this collaboration line with Allison Kreft looks so bright and happy:

GLITZ DESIGNS:
Always one of my favorite companies with ubber cool embellies. Washi tape, giant rhinestones and some fun puffy stickers this year.
The Carpe Diem has some little woodland creatures in it.. can you say, What Does the Fox Say?

Here are two of the lines 77 and Carpe Diem:

HAZEL and RUBY:
A newer company out of Utah, the owners are Jayme and Lindsey (who previously was involved with Cosmo Cricket). They have some fresh and new creative products.
Large rolls of washi tape:
Pretty sequin tubes- which are a HUGE cool embellishement right now:

And lots of fun stencils, which are great to do DIY boards with:

JILLIBEAN SOUP:
I always love to see what new soup names they are going to come out with to name their new collections..
Spicy Social Soup has lots of fun embellies, along with a stamp on an instagram camera..

Their placemats are all the rage to use on your projects. They come in several patterns, to be used in whole or cut apart:

Soooooo that's what I have for you today. I still have M-Z to get through next time. There is a TON of cool new product, papers and embellishments calling my name.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day....

What's New in 2013? My Last CHA Wrap-Up

Once I got home from CHA and back to the normal race of life I totally forgot I have a few more CHA photos that I really want to share.

I saw so many fun things at CHA this year. I am really excited for up and coming product that we will be seeing on store shelves pretty soon!

Graphic 45: I love their spring colors! My favorite thing about G45 is that I know which booth is their's as soon as I see it. They have a style all their own and they are always true to it!

Graphic 45: Their booth was  full of darling and creative ways to use paper.

Imaginisce: I just became a dog owner a few months ago and I can't wait to put together my first layouts of our dog Lucy withi this cute paper. I LOVE the colors!

My Mind's Eye: I already shared some MME product in my previous posts but I couldn't resist another peek at the fun colors in their upcoming lines. Watch for my segments on My Craft Channel. I have some fun cards I will be demonstrating using this new MME product. They turned out super cute!

DCWV: Our friends at DCWV did not disappoint! They always have the most darling displays with unique paper folds. Love these shades of green, pink and blue together!

DCWV: I am sure everyone has already seen the DCWV elephant! This purple beauty had her picture taken hundreds of times I am sure. She is made of paper (of course) and is just pure awesomeness!

DCWV: Cute layout! I love the elegant style and the flowers are so pretty!

Just before heading out on the last day I hooked up with Kristine McKay from My Craft Channel for a few minutes. I am SO excited to have them at Scrapbook USA this March! We talked about a few of the plans she has in the works for the show and I know their booth is going to be lot's of fun!
There you have it, my final photos from CHA! It was s super fun week getting a first look at what is new in the crafting and paper crafting world! Our vendors had fantastic booths and all of them have some fantastic product heading into stores in the coming months. Make sure to be at Scrapbook USA Expo coming March 22-23, 2013 and pick up all your crafting supplies. See you soon!
